Module 1
Release first
How to calm pubic and pelvic pain with a 5-minute daily release routine
Why kegels and stretching keep it coming back, and what to do each morning instead.
For pregnant mommas, 20 weeks and up
Even if your first birth was hard and you've been told the pain is just normal.
Release First
If you've been told pubic pain is just part of pregnancy, or that kegels will fix it, you're not alone. Most of the moms I work with were told to wear a belly band, squeeze more and deal with it.
But a lot of the pain, the leaking and the trouble pushing comes from a pelvic floor that's too tight and overworked, not too weak. Squeezing it harder makes that worse, which is why the kegels never helped.
That's the idea behind Release First. You release before you strengthen, five to ten minutes a day from home. Then you train for the push, and you start your recovery in week one. It's what I did before my VBAC, and it's exactly what this program walks you through.
The 16 weeks
Today
It hurts to roll over in bed, the stairs are a project, and there's a knot in your stomach about the birth.
Week 1
We meet 1:1, find where the pain comes from, and you leave with a plan built for your body.
Weeks 2 to 6
Five to ten minutes a day. The pain eases, you sleep better, and you can walk and work out again.
Weeks 7 to 16
Labor positions, the push, your partner's role, and a Birth Prep Plan my team writes for you.
Birth + 6 weeks
Your recovery starts right away, with a check-in from me every week for the first six.
By the end of the program
The curriculum
Module 1
Release first
Why kegels and stretching keep it coming back, and what to do each morning instead.
Module 2
Prepare to push
Including the version that works with an epidural, so you push shorter and calmer.
Module 3
Recover from week one
The first moves for leaking, core and ab separation, safe after a vaginal birth or a C‑section.
Module 0 is your 1:1 Body Map session, so the plan fits your body before you start.
What's included
My B.S.R. Method as short follow-along videos, 5 to 10 minutes a day, from home. No gym, no equipment beyond a ball.
Pubic, pelvic and hip pain starts to ease, usually faster than you expect.
45 minutes on Zoom with me or a coach I've trained. We look at how you stand, sit, breathe and move, and where the pain actually comes from.
A written plan built for your body, not a template.
My team turns your Body Map and your birth wishes into one page for you, your partner and your provider: the positions for each stage, how you'll push, and what to ask for.
You walk into labor with a plan everyone around you understands.
90 minutes every week with me inside the Momma Community. Bring any question, from a twinge on the stairs to a scary appointment.
You're never stuck or guessing for more than a week.
The positions, the breath and the pushing approach, practised with me live, including what to do with an epidural.
A shorter, calmer push with less tearing.
Your week-one recovery plan for a vaginal birth or a C‑section, then a check-in every week for the first six.
Recovery starts in week one, not week six.
Send me a short video of a move and I'll tell you what to change. Message me when something feels off.
Confidence that what you're doing is right for you.
Bonuses
A live session for your partner on how to support each position, the push and the first week home.
What to say about induction, pushing positions and tearing, so you can ask for what you want without a fight.
The short list of what actually helps in labor and the first two weeks, and what to leave at home.
What it asks of you

No referral, no clinic schedule, no driving across town with a toddler.
Why this, why now
Why me
My first birth ended in a C‑section and a recovery nobody prepared me for. My second was a VBAC at 41 weeks with no induction, after I did the work this program teaches.
I'm a licensed physical therapist assistant and certified athletic trainer turned pelvic floor coach, and I've helped thousands of mommas through pregnancy, birth and postpartum.
Why now
Every week of pregnancy you spend in pain is a week you don't get back, and the push prep works best when you've had time to practise it.
Each cohort is capped at 25 mommas, because every one of them gets a 1:1 Body Map and a Birth Prep Plan written by hand.
25 mommas per cohort
